About The Role

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls, efficiently identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure optimal satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough weekly reviews of closed support cases to evaluate process compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer orientation and adapt effectively to a diverse range of customer types.
  • Identify ineffective customer service interactions, pinpoint gaps in service quality, and initiate improvement initiatives.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks effectively to meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Your Experience and Skills

  • Flexibility to work variable hours as required to meet business needs.
  • Proficient in Hindi, with fluency in both English and Tamil.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling clear and effective interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Creative thinking and troubleshooting abilities to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Basic understanding of CSS and jQuery is an added advantage.
  • Adaptability to learn new technologies and domains quickly.
