About The Role

  • Flexible to implement software and provide customer training as needed.
  • Proactively identify different use cases of features.
  • Effectively prioritize and execute tasks to meet competing deadlines.
  • Perform thorough reviews of implementation processes weekly to measure compliance.
  • Exhibit customer orientation and adapt/respond to different types of users.
  • Recognize ineffective implementation interactions, identify gaps in service quality, and drive initiatives to improve.

Your Experience and Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in IT application implementation and training.
  • Sound knowledge of SQL Server and database maintenance.
  • Knowledge in the healthcare domain is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
  • Openness to learn and a good attitude towards putting in extra effort to complete tasks.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
